Rachael established Clark Catering in 1996 after training and working as a fulltime chef from the age of 20. Rachael has grown Clark Catering over the last 27 years, establishing the honest and friendly service that we are known for.
In 2022, Georgie (Rachael's daughter) joined Clark Catering to work fulltime. Together they are commited to their customer relationships, proffesional service and continuous innovation.
